Freshmint Bunny is moving to Montreal!

Here he is!
The tip of the day: wait for varnish to cure before playing. I went to take mushroom dude out of the bottle and a piece of his face scraped off. arrgh. I have no patience for waiting for things to dry.
From this month's painting sessions. Each painting is done in 2 sittings of 3 hours each. The one on the left is from Week 2 and the one on the right is from Week 4. What happened to week 3's painting you might ponder? Well, that week I completely forgot how to paint and draw and came home with a painting that was complete poo which I immediately gessoed over in hopes of at least salvaging the paper.
As per bloodybunny's suggestion to quit your droolin' and make your own stuff. I started making this mushroom. Right now I am waiting for the paint to dry so I can varnish this sucker and add it as a cap to a bottle I have laying around. I will post that pic as soon as it is done. I am sure you won't be able to sleep tonight in utter anticipation. Right? ;)
I love you.
Sincerely,
m.p.
I stayed up till 6 a.m. this morning finishing this chica. I think she came out sweet. I originally made the long striped legs for her, but when i tested them out it looked really bad. So I decided to go with the short stumpy striped legs instead.
Here she is. Her hair was inspired by 'Amelie' and her outfit from an actual outfit I saw a girl wearing at a bar.
...and she knows how to use them. I've been working on these legs for my next softie.
Everytime I go to make something to eat I feel like I am in those cartoons where they split a bean to share. I combined my only 2 combinable products to make..Voila! The scrambled egg bits with cheese. Not a very big meal as you can see. You would think I would be thin as a rail with this kind of daily meal, right? But no, my gluteus maximus still remains maximus. *sigh*
America is definitely the land of opportunity. Take Timmie Monster, he came from the streets of Brooklyn, mumbled, people thought he was a weird European dude, rejected by his own kind...To become a doctor at a crochet animal clinic in New Mexico! Dream big people! If Monster Timmie can overcome his obstacles, you can too! Thanks Mattie and family for adopting Monster Timmie and giving him the confidence to create a better life for himself!
Here is Mr. Owl 2 , this will be the last of this color owl (i think). He is different than Mr. Owl 1 only by that the white of his eyes are stitched in with pink thread instead of white. I've added him to my SHOP today.
"The great goldfish escape of september '05!" I am currently holding one fishy prisoner "Flo" in my apartment, I feel terrible, she really deserves to be in a huge fish tank in a rich person's house not a small fish bowl at my place.
Pay your bills with these stamps on the envelope and show the people who take your money how much you truly do love them.
The comic book I've been helping put together is finally out! It is called The Adventures of Bio Boy and is packed full of great art by Andy MacDonald and Chris Brimacombe. Look for it at your local comic book stores or check it out online at www.speakeasycomics.com.
This is Tubba Wubba, Chubba Wubba's twin. Tubba tries to stand apart from his twin Chubba by wearing his signature pink scarf. At first Tubba had a mole but I ended up removing it because it looked like dirt or a chocolate chip and was just plain weird. Available for adoption.
Polar Bear, Polar Pig and Orange Creamsicle Mouse are now available at my ETSY shop.
