Breaking news from my scalp!
I have a weird one for ya! I have/had a few white hairs growing for the last couple years and I noticed yesterday that a couple started to turn brown again! If hair typically grows about 1.5cm a month the re-pigmentation correlates to the time I started paying more attention to what I was eating. At the end of November I started incorporating banana/berry/spinach smoothies into my diet. I wonder if this is it?

please keep us updated! and also how much of each ingredient is in the smoothie?
Yes! What is the recipe you're using?
1 cup of filtered water, 1 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup- 1 cup of spinach, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of flax seeds. Sometimes I add 1 tbsp of peanut butter. If I have kale in the fridge I will use that instead of the spinach.
Also I heard that blackstrap molasses makes your hair turn back to its natural color/ darker, but I just can't stomach it.
thank you for the recipe!
Taking cold showers every day is supposed to work for this, along with other health benefits. Also, not eating past 8pm.
Hi Marilyn, what great news! a fountain of youth smoothie...remarkable. So i tried the potion, and guess what happened to my hair? still after 50 white :(
No worries, i just made an appointment with my hippy hair stylist, Joyce, and she put brown stipes and some gold on my locks. The "do it yourself" in me is so frustrated that my smoothies don't do the trick for me!
Love reading about all your interesting endeavors...dont stop being you.

Hi Aunt Pat! I drank it for 4 months about 4 times a week before I noticed the change. My white hairs may have been from a vitamin deficiency or stress...
Pause your blenders! I checked Sal's hair last night and he also had 2 grey hairs that are now growing in dark, so maybe it is the antioxidants from our morning cappuccinos, since he hasn't been drinking any of the smoothies. The mystery continues...
