Feather trim coat
Please excuse the flash photography. It is gloomy out over here so I couldn't get a decent pic of the latest addition to the tadpole outwear collection- a.k.a. TOCBKNY. I'm proud of myself for this one because I was able to recycle a feather trim that I pulled off a gift bag that I received to use for the hood without wasting a millimeter! Hurrah!

Sal's "Eye of the Tiger" post
My BF Sal wrote an interesting post that I think is worth mentioning. It just reminds me that we are all pretty much in the same boat. Many of us feel like we should be doing more than what we are doing now or have done. I always find it interesting when people write me for advice. I get easily overwhelmed by all the things that people are making and where they are taking their (art/craft) businesses as well. I write back basically saying that I am just taking it day by day. Not very inspiring for sure, but it is definitely the truth.
Now I'm all pumped up to finish my freelance work!

No need to leave my apartment again
Sal & I just rented the Flight of the Conchords Season 1 on DVD. This is the first time I am seeing this show. It is so hilarious. Now with this show, the DVD of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and some milk delivery to my place I'm all set for the Fall and Winter.
