A little lab hint... If you need an absolute air-tight seal, put a thin coat of petroleum jelly on the ground-stopper surface, then cap it onto the bottle and twist--make sure to do a visual scan of the seal, there should be no air bubbles present in the petroleum-jelly seal (if you see some, keep twisting the stopper until the bubbles are gone). Have fun! :-D
