Dearest sweet, kind, attractive, generous with ideas blog perusers,
I signed up for the Renegade Craft fair (June 17) and I need merchandise to fill up the table. At this point I have approximately....um...let's see here...ah...zippo(!) amount of goods to put on the table. So I need your help! What should I get made to add to my softies? I am going to make some pear notepads and I was thinking maybe a Timmie shirt?? What do you think? Stickers of the softies? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Love,
mp

Make some more "food related" softies. Cookies, cakes, etc. Also "girly" softies in shades of pinks and purples or rainbow colors! Of course I'll probably want to buy those before you have a chance to get them to the fair. The Gino pouch is so cute too. Make some of those in different patterns.
I like your idea about the stickers, because they're relatively 'easy' to make, in contrast with the softies. You should have a combination of things that take a long time to make and things that are quicker, in order to maximize your time.
Think about your characters in terms of licensing them. Each one can have a sticker and stationery. Show the wonderful pictures you take of your softies at your table. Think beyond the softies, too - what about tshirts with a Timmy on it (printed, or a crochet patch sewn on)? How about a tote bag with Timmy? How about socks with mini-crochet Timmies? Slippers? A snuggly hat?
I'm a big fan of your photos, like the "gimme all your cupcakes" one. Maybe cards with them or something?
Stickers of the softies would be lovely AND make me jealous that I'm not going to be there to see them. Hmmmm...
Maybe knock off your boyfriend's idea and do sketch drawings on things, like white "lunch" tins, hardcover notebooks, and then put your website address on there as well....ummmmmmmmm you get the idea...
or you could make crochet patterns and sell 'em
I think you should definetely make some stickers in nice packaging. I also like the pouch, for which you could use different illos, like the "rainy day" one, which is great. I will add the magnets/brooches too. And, if you had the time, maybe you should make some promo goodies too, people will apreciate!
Stickers,I love stickers they are just the best.
I really like the stationery set idea. You can make envelopes very easily. Also, notecards/postcards/greeting cards are wonderful. And something I've seen that is very popular lately has been buttons.
timmie skirts maybe? You could make very simple A-Line skirts, or even baby jumpers with your characters on them..
i say stickers, and maybe some lovely pouches, and why not a t-shirts and your cute drawings in all that, and of course your lovely softies!!!
